We are proud to announce that Studio C Architecture, led by Principal Architect Cherri Pitts, has been featured in a recent article highlighting our design work for McCaskill & Company’s ambitious expansion project. The renowned jewelry gallery, located on Florida’s Emerald Coast, selected Studio C to spearhead the architectural vision for their facility’s doubling in size.

Our team worked closely with designer Richard Tubb to create a seamless blend between the existing structure and the new addition, incorporating both elegant traditional elements and contemporary flair. The expansion, set for completion in Fall 2025, addresses key functional needs while elevating the luxury retail experience.

The architectural design includes several notable features:

  • A grand foyer featuring a striking cascading glass maple leaf installation
  • A dramatic alabaster wall showcasing the McCaskill & Company crest
  • A dedicated Rolex boutique with viewing areas for watchmakers at work
  • An expanded David Yurman collection space
  • A relocated Bridal Gallery optimized for display
  • New entertainment areas with carefully considered seating arrangements
  • An expanded parking facility with 50 additional spaces

This project exemplifies our commitment to creating spaces that not only meet practical needs but also enhance the user experience. The design solution maintains the gallery’s renowned elegant atmosphere while providing the additional space needed for their growing business.

We are honored to be part of McCaskill & Company’s evolution and look forward to seeing our design come to life as a new jewelry retail destination on the Emerald Coast.
