Set on a peaceful, wooded acre in the heart of Mountain Brook, the Hawkins Residence was designed for a family of five ready to build their forever home. After completing two renovations together, the family chose to start fresh on a new, tree-lined property.

The home is tucked into the hillside for privacy, with the back opening to the trees to create a cozy “treehouse” feel. Large windows, natural materials, and simple, timeless details make the home feel both grounded in its surroundings and perfectly suited their lifestyle.
